The DNB security 'Best in Class'  (BiC) project has failed 2x with different project leaders and CISO's!  
{Because of corporate governance corruption, criminal infiltration and blatant incompetence of NCSC & AIVD & KMAR.}

The CISO's have not managed to make DNB compliant with the even the most essential security regulations. 
So DNB is in _2026_ still NOT compliant and high-risk vulnerable!, and thus in blatant breach of Wbni, NIS2, DNB's own 'security' standard, etc..
DNB management has decided to make the "BiC" project a Taboo subject, 
 and removed all publications about the failed Pretige project from public internet sites.

DNB is proclaiming to be some kind of authority on security for the financial sector. 
But can't even get it's own act together!   

DNB 'security' department has many skelletens in the closet, incl. creating false reports about the status quo to pretent that all would be fine.
Also ignoring Responsible Disclosure Procedure (RDP) reports from ethical researchers  about high-risk security issues and security incidents for many year now.

Govt.NL => MinBZK & MinEZK functionaries are aware of the state security  malpractice situation, 
and also rather keep quiet about it within their machiavellian ivory tower
structure :(
